I have been decorating cakes for over 25 years and specialize in 3D custom designs.  When designing a cake, I like to get as many personalized details so that the person receiving my cake will truly know that it has been made especially for them.

 

I make all of my cakes, cupcakes and cookies from scratch using the freshest ingredients, including butter, eggs and milk.  Buttercream frosting is also made from scratch using real butter. 

 

Over the Top Cakes proudly uses Satin Ice Fondant and Gumpaste.

 

Custom work takes time. 

 A detailed cake can take several hours to  make
